Chair Line’s Return & Refund Policy

At Chair Line, we want you to be completely satisfied with your office furniture purchase. If you’re not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help. Please read our policy below.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as you received it.
  • In its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase.

* Return Window: You have 3 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Unfortunately, if 3 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom-made or personalized products.
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or are not in their original condition.

The Return Process

To start a return:

  2. Provide your order number, details of the product, and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the process.
  3. Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to send the item back to us. Please ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Our Refund Policy

* Refund Timeline: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days and credited to your original method of payment.

* Partial Refunds: In some cases, we may issue only partial refunds if applicable. This could happen if an item isn’t in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

* Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund within the specified time, please:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank, as it might take some time before the refund officially posts.
  3. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at 01913-097313.

Shipping Costs for Returns

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at 01913-097313 and follow our return process.

Delivery Time

We aim to deliver your order within the following timeframes from the date of purchase:

  • Inside Dhaka: 5 Days
  • Outside Dhaka: 10 Days

Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays or public holidays.
