Our Warranty Promise at Chair Line

At Chair Line, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our office chairs and furniture. We’re committed to providing you with products built to last, supporting your comfort and productivity for years to come. This warranty outlines our commitment to your satisfaction.

What Our Warranty Covers

Chair Line warrants its office chairs and furniture to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for the following periods, starting from the original date of purchase:

Office Chairs (excluding mesh/fabric and gas lift): 1 years

*Mesh, Fabric, and Upholstery (on chairs): 0 years

*Gas Lifts (on chairs): 1 year

Office Desks & Storage Units: 1 years

*Other Office Furniture (e.g., reception desks, conference tables): 1 years

This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

What We Will Do

Should a defect covered by this warranty appear within the specified period, Chair Line will, at our discretion:

  1. Repair the defective part or product.
  2. Replace the defective part or product with a new or reconditioned part or product of equal value and functionality.

If the exact model or component is no longer available, we reserve the right to substitute it with a comparable model or component.

What Our Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover:

* Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to fading, pilling, or discoloration of fabrics and finishes over time.

* Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, alteration, improper assembly, or accident.

* Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications.

* Products used for rental purposes or purposes other than standard office use.

* Variations in wood grain, color, texture, or other natural characteristics of materials, which are not considered defects.

* Customer dissatisfaction with product comfort (unless related to a defect in materials or workmanship).

Making a Warranty Claim

To make a warranty claim, please follow these simple steps:

Our team will review your claim and guide you through the next steps. Please do not attempt to repair the product yourself, as this may void your warranty.
